By accessing Course Rebel, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, well then maybe this is not the site for you. The information contained in this website is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and any or all Agreements: "Client", “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing and using Course Rebel platform and accepting the Course Rebels Terms and Conditions. From time to time, Course Rebel may update, including but not limited to, our Terms and Conditions of Use, our privacy policy and our copyright policy (referred to as our Terms) to clarify our practices or to reflect new or different practices, such as when we add new features. Course Rebel reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify and/or make changes to these Terms at any time. If Course Rebel makes any changes to these Terms, we will update this page accordingly. Changes or modifications will become effective on the day they are shared on this page unless stated otherwise.

Use

Permission is granted for you (and you only) to view and to download/print (applicable courses only) copies of the course on Course Rebel's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

1. Certain parts of this website offer the opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions, information, material and data ('Comments') in areas of the website. Course Rebel does not screen, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their appearance on the website and Comments do not reflect the views or opinions of Course Rebel, its agents or affiliates. Comments reflect the view and opinion of the person who posts such view or opinion. To the extent permitted by applicable laws Course Rebel shall not be responsible or liable for the Comments or for any loss cost, liability, damages or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website

2. Course Rebel reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which it considers in its absolute discretion to be inappropriate, offensive or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Lifetime Access

You will have access for the lifetime of the course. Even if the Course Author decided to remove the course for purchase, Course Rebel will continue to provide you with access. The Course Author of your course has the right to remove their course from the store at anytime. If the Course Author removes the course they will be responsible to notify you and provide 30 days of additional support from the date the course is removed.

Intellectual Property

Please do not steal reproduce or plagiarize any of the ideas or content presented on Course Rebel.

Refund Policy

The purchase or sharing of a course is between the instructor and the user. The instructor is responsible for their own refund policies. Any disputes will be remain the instructors responsibility.

Limitations

We love to share information. What you do with this information is up to you. In no event shall Course Rebel or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Course Rebel, even if Course Rebel or a Course Rebel authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The Course Author of your course may use video/audio conferencing software and record the event, and you choose to participate you will appear/be heard in the recording of that event. If you do not want to appear/be heard then it is your responsibility to turn off your video and audio for the duration of the event. As part of the course and online interaction, your voice and image may be used as part of the normal function of the course. By using Course Rebel, you give us the right to photograph, record by audio, visual and/or any other means and in any form of media now known or hereafter developed my name, image, voice, and/or any presentation, program, statement, performance, or other appearance involving me.

By using Course Rebel you agree to grant a worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display your Image in Media for such purposes as Course Rebels deems appropriate, including but not limited to archival, educational, promotional, commercial, private, or public purposes. You agree to waive the right to inspect or approve any materials incorporating your voice/image, as well as your right to royalties or other compensation for the creation, copying, distribution, publication and/or other use. Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, Course Rebel will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Site.
